For families of Dr. Sue McCreadie

Keep the care that's working for your child

Dr. Sue is seeing patients through February 2027 and officially retires in March 2027. If you want to continue your child's natural, root-cause care, she recommends starting here — and the choice is always yours. The earlier we meet, the more Dr. Sue and I can shape your child's transition together.

Let's name it

Finding a new doctor isn't the hard part

The hard part is the thought of starting over. Re-telling years of your child's story to someone new. Wondering if they'll listen the way Dr. Sue listened, or reach for a one-size-fits-all answer instead.

Your family shouldn't have to abandon an approach that's working just because a doctor retires. That's the whole reason this page exists.

Who I'd send my own family to

No two doctors do this work the same way, and I won't pretend someone is going to pick up exactly where I left off. But I thought hard about where you'd land.

Dr. Amy is the closest to what I do. I've trained her in my nutritional approach, including the diagnostic testing and the supplementation, so she knows this work from the inside. She's open to new patients right now. If you want to keep going with a nutrition and root-cause approach for your child, start with Dr. Amy.

One more thing, because it matters to me that you hear it plainly. No one is taking over my practice, and your child's chart belongs to you. You are free to choose any provider you trust. Watch for an official email from me soon with exactly how record transfers work. Dr. Amy is simply who I'd send my own family to.

It has been one of the great honors of my life to care for your child.

I won't be Dr. Sue, and I won't pretend to be. What I will do is listen first, read what's already working for your child, and build from there. Your first visit should feel like a continuation, not a starting line.

Meet Dr. Amy D. Gramzow, DC, CFMP

I've been caring for children since 1995, so this isn't new territory for me, and neither is walking families through a big transition.

My goal for this chapter is simple: make it gentle, and give your family the same attentive, whole-child care you've always had, from the comfort of home, just like you're used to.

A quick note

About the letters after our names

Dr. Sue is an MD. I'm a DC, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Different letters, shared training: functional medicine is a discipline both MDs and DCs train in, and it's the root-cause work your family came here to continue.

And one thing stays exactly as it was: your child still needs a pediatrician for primary medical care, the checkups, sick visits, and prescriptions. That was true under Dr. Sue's care, and it's true under mine. Functional medicine works alongside your pediatrician, never in place of one.

If you loved Dr. Sue's approach,
you'll feel right at home

Dr. Sue's 3 Keys are the same principles I build every care plan around.

Health is balance — we look at the whole body, not just a single symptom to silence
Stress is your child's #1 obstacle — nervous system regulation stays central to every plan
Testing tailors the plan — care is personalized to your child through real data, never one-size-fits-all

Your path

Your path, in three steps

A visible plan, not a leap of faith.

1

Book a free Fit Call

15 minutes, no records or intake forms needed. Bring your questions and your child's story.

2

Decide if it's a fit

If it is, request your child's records using the instructions in Dr. Sue's email, and we'll schedule a first visit while she's still a phone call away.

3

Continue your child's care

Same testing rhythm, same root-cause philosophy — a plan built on what's already working.

Picture this

Six months from now, here's the vision

Your child is still on the same testing rhythm, still on a plan built for their body. You've never once had to re-explain the whole story from scratch, because it traveled with them. And the visit that could have felt like starting over felt, instead, like the next appointment.

That's what Dr. Sue and I planned this transition for.
